The National Association of Broker Price Opinion Professionals (NABPOP) is an association of Real Estate Professionals (Real Estate: Agents, salespeople, brokers, and appraisers) that perform professional Broker Price Opinions BPOs for financial institutions and private parties. NABPOP is a professional trade organization to ensure professionalism, competence, and the advancement of the BPO industry within the Real Estate industry.
NABPOP serves as a diverse platform with various forums, networks, and resources to harness the collective knowledge, talent, skills, and experience of the Valuation Real Estate Professional (VREP) members in conjunction with the resources and experience of the BPO Companies.
Professional education and certification advance the knowledge and skill sets of NABPOP VREP members. In addition to certification, NABPOP members have unlimited access to updated online education resources and valuation guidelines, receive periodic newsletters, attend annual conferences, and network with each other online for support and to share knowledge and experience.
NABPOP makes available a Directory of certified Member Valuation Real Estate Professionals VREPs to the lending industry and to the general public who require the services of a Valuation Real Estate Professional. NABPOP also maintains and makes available a Directory of BPO Companies for VREP members to utilize in order to locate and contact BPO Companies.
The Code of Ethics, to which the members must adhere to, and the certification process are intended to provide the real estate industry the assurance that National Association of Broker Price Opinion Professional members are competent and of the highest professional caliber.
